  1. Have you every tried oil pulling? I’ve been doing it for 15-20 minutes every morning as I get ready and coconut oil seems to yield the best results. Definitely look into it if you haven’t heard of it!

  2. I read about similar health benefits of using Coconut Oil in your hair.
    After trying that…I can’t seem to use the oil in food anymore. All hopes of that is shot because it’s a smell I associate hair with.
    Ruined, I tell you!!
